What could media do better?
Let’s take a glimpse at what media did to de-escalate the rise of tensions between Serbia and Kosovo after two ethnic Serbs were shot and wounded by a local Albanian on Orthodox Christmas Eve in Kosovo.
As it turns out, not much. 
RDN2.0 urges media to stay objective while reporting in public’s interest, and to refrain from sensationalism and fueling tensions.
